Been a customer for over a year, go there occasionally after work or to grab lunch for the family. Amazing sandwiches, my favorite is the steak and onions, great meat cooked very well with the right amount of sauce. Other places fill your sandwich with extra sauce that it becomes messy but NOT On A Bun. Place is super clean, spotless everytime I went ! Whether its their peak time or not, always clean. Family owned business and they are great to deal with. Very polite and friendly. Love to go back again!

I have been coming here since they opened up. There isn't anything that isn't good here! My faves are the Eggplant and Chicken sandwiches. There is NOTHING wrong with any of the other sandwiches on the menu, I am just naturally drawn to the above two. The staff is super friendly, they are always happy to have a little conversation with you. The place is always spotless and the food is always fresh. Portions are generous and very much authentic Italian. You will not be disappointed!

There are some very good places for a veal sandwich in Toronto so we are blessed. However, there is On a Bun. Set in an industrial area, this small shop prepares the very best veal sandwich. It is not overly sauced which keeps the sandwich neat to eat. The veal is outstanding. Tender and moist, it is the best. The owners are hospitable and friendly. While this is not fine dining, this place deserves all the accolades it may garner. Go there and enjoy. You will not be disappointed.

All sandwiches, sauce and service is awesome. I usually get the chicken. Menu is simple and you get your food quick and fresh. Always a great place for a quick bite. I like this place better than California Sandwich.
