We're from London, ON and also ave 2 branches of this in our city and always had the best service/food anytime we visit.. but since we visited my uncle and cousin we tried this place on a chilly and rainy Saturday evening. the place is spacious and has a pretty good ambiance inside and their menu is very much similar to what we are used to. The hostess asked u for our drinks first and we tried the mango smoothie and the avocado slushie, which I should say taste very good. Then she took our food orders -- My husband and my uncle ordered the small 101 on their menu (the special beef pho) I had the satay skewered chicken and ordered a cup of rice on the side, then my cousin had grilled pork chop with rice. Orders came in and they forgot my cup of rice which ended up being served after 10mins. We believe that the only one who enjoyed her meal was my cousin.. my chicken satay has a very small portion of the peanut sauce and my rice came in cold. the pho that we ordered tasted water down and doesn't even taste anything at all. They have younger staff which I believe not trained yet at all (based from experience working in restaurants for couple of years ago) so if you wanted to eat some vietnamese thai food, i cannot really recommend this location. you might wanna try some other branch just like what we have here in London, but this one in particular is a disappointment. The only thing that made my night was pretty much the drinks that we had, but that's about it.
