The room was fine, I was a little disappointed the gym wasn't open 24 hours.
The food was very meh, not terrible, but not really good either.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The internet was slow.
The lighting was also not very adequate for the room.

I stayed at this hotel while in town for a few seminars recently. I have stayed in other hotels in the area before for a similar price and this hotel blew them away. The room was new and renovated. No tacky paintings on the walls, no sloppy craftmanship in the reno. I was very pleasantly surprised. Check in was fast and friendly. As others have noted the internet was very slow. It was difficult to even watch a video on Youtube. Mini fridge in the room was a nice addition, although it was very noisy.

Overall a great stay and I plan to stay at this hotel whenever I'm in the area.

This is a very new, clean and modern property. Rooms seem quiet, and the staff was friendly. Only negatives would be the internet speed. It was impossible to get any work done due to the slowness of the internet. This is an essential tool for most travellers these days. Also, if breakfast opens at 6:00am, the staff should be ready to begin at 6:00am, not at 6:25. Otherwise great hotel.

I am in hotels in excess of 150 nights a year. It is always a pleasure to return here. The staff is friendly, cheerful and eveyone goes out of their way to make your stay a pleasurable experience. Rooms are very, very clean, the bathrooms are spotless and the food is exceptional for a hotel. No problems with the free parking and transportion is provided to the airport or shopping at Square One Mall. Location is within walking distance to many other eating establishments, one being The Belfast Lounge, great food and large selection of imported beer.
