Stayed at this hotel last weekend for two nights. Had a couple of issues with our room but the staff took care of them immediately. Our biggest and only complaint is dealing with parking on weekends. Both Friday night and Saturday there were weddings taking place. Friday nite we found the last spot available at the back of the lot. However on Saturday there was nothing and even the driveway was blocked. We were told by staff that we could park by the fire hydrant and leave our keys. They would then move our vehicle once a space became available. We did not want to do this but had very little choice. However when we returned to the front desk someone was checking out and we were able to get their spot. Because of the parking issue we will never again stay at this hotel which is unfortunate as the room and the staff were great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was well decorated. Had a walk out patio with table and chairs, but unfortunately the weather did not permit us to sit outside.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel anyday. It was worth the price paid per night, which was very reasonable.

We booked this hotel for a short vacation in Toronto. I chose it because it had the most reasonable rate of any in the area. My wife and I were absolutely shocked at the quality of room we had. It was out of this world. For our 4 day trip, the price averaged out to under $100 tax included per night. For this cost, the King Deluxe Suite we reserved had a separate sitting area complete with electric fireplace and flat screen TV. The sleeping area had a King size Sleep Number bed and a second flat screen TV. The suite also had a small dorm size refrigerator, microwave and single cup coffee maker.

The suite was well appointed and absolutely immaculate. It is obvious they really care about the details. There wasn't even any dust on the air inlet side of the hair dryer or on the exhaust vent in the bathroom.

The hotel is right on the departure and approach route for the airport. The noise from the aircraft isn't very noticeable, but is something to be aware of if you're a very light sleeper. I don't know how late flights depart/arrive from the airport, but do not recall hearing them very late at night.

The only complaint I have is that the wireless internet connection was not the best in our room. The room was at the end of the hall and the access point was quite far away. As a result we only had connection in the sitting area of the suite. Not the worst thing, but a bit of an annoyance.

Unlike most of the hotels I looked at, this one offered free parking. Be aware though that they have a conference/banquet hall. While we were there, they had a wedding reception there and the reception took almost all of the parking. I ended up getting the absolute last spot in the lot.

There are numerous restaurants within a few kilometers of the hotel that are easy to get to if you have a car. There is also one inside the hotel itself. We did not use the hotel restaurant, so I cannot comment on that.

For public transit into Toronto, the closest TTC subway station is the Kipling station which is relatively easy to get to and about 15 to 20 minutes away by car.

I would stay here again without hesitation.

I had the best experience at this location! The staff was amazing and very attentive to all my needs and made me feel at home. The hotel was clean, our room was really nice and the beds where super comfortable. I typically never write a reviews but I just had to, I will suggest this hotel to all my friends!
