The all-day breakfast menu makes Richie's Family Restaurant a real winner. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but nevertheless bright and airy, with lots of hanging plants and real fresh flowers on the table.
My wife and I ate at Richie's on a busy Sunday noon, arriving just ahead of a major rush of people. Service was fast and friendly. I enjoyed a superb Greek omelet, and my wife, an equally good ham and cheese omelet. The home fries are nicely done in a skillet, not in a deep fryer as is increasingly the case elsewhere. They were deliciously seasoned with paprika and maybe something else. My tea pot was refilled before I even asked.
Prices are quite reasonable. A quick glance at the dinner menu indicates a wide range of home-style food at equally good prices. Richie's isn't the kind of place where you would take your parents for their wedding anniversary. It's where you would go when you want comfort food in pleasant surroundings served by a friendly staff.
