“One of the treasures of Kingston”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013

The hand crafted beers are unique and very tasty; but that is just one of the reasons to stop in. The food is just amazing. This place has it all. Home-made tasty soups, buffalo meat burgers, lamb burgers, club sandwiches, etc...

It is the little things that make this place great: The great service, the interesting decoration, the atmosphere, the booths, the condiments sitting on your table (the home-made mustard, the home-made BBQ sauce and Cajun seasoning), the cute servers, and the awesome beer.

The atmosphere is well planned. There are so many beer trinkets on the walls that they act as sound absorbers. The place was packed on Saturday Jan 5, 2013 for lunch and I could carry on a descent conversation with my friends without yelling across the table.

It is well worth the stop if you are visiting Kingston, Ontario.

“Kingston Tradition”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

This has become a real Kingston routine with good seating inside and out for summer living. Their huge beer list and quirky menu make a visit a must for Kingston visitors ,lots of limestone to make it authentic.

“Excellent Beer and Amazing Decor...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

My son Matt attended RMC for 4 years and as such knows every pub in town, but one of my faves while visiting him was always the Kingston Brewing Company.
Passing through this Christmas with my sons and girlfriend, we took the opportunity to visit...and were weren't disappointed!
The Cream Ale and Cider were delicious, food was great; fish 'n chip, burgers, and especially the Peanut Pasta!
Our server "Sushi" Suzanne was pleasant and informative and the visual display of the restaurant is amazing, you won't be bored sitting anywhere, and if you are grab one of the Trivial Pursuit cards on the table and challenge your friends and family.
A great small brew pub with plenty of selection and above average pub grub...do visit!
Cheers, Paul

“Our other favourite pub”

the best place for an afternoon gathering or a hearty dinner in Kingston - superb craft beers and delicious burgers & fries, in a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The myriad pub decorations merit a close look!

“Very busy little gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

Walked by at 5, not busy, at 10:00, can't get a seat. Many average/older people there. Also some university students. SO much to look at while sipping on a beer! Interesting hour. Great beer, only had appetizer, OK. Happening place downtown.
