“Slightly underwhelmed but great service.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2013

Seemed to be a bustling location and was full when we visited. However, my lobster tasted a little off. Another one of our party had the crab labs and they seemed to enjoy them. The butterfly shrimp as an appetizer were very tasty and crisp. Service was very good and the presentation of the meal was top notch. However we came away from the experience slightly underwhelmed.

“Not a great celebration”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

Every year we celebrate my mom's 83 birthday here. Called ahead for a reservation for 11, no children. Had to increase to 12 at the door but were assured that it was set for 12. We are not big people but we were squished. Think that our table for 12 was given to group next to us as we were right under the air conditioning and it was freezing. Met folks from other tables outside who were also warming up! Waiter dropped a FULL drink on one of our party (splashing two because we were squeezed in) because he thought he saw movement! we live an hour away so we had to try and find clothes for him to change (again tough cause everyone had gone to scrounge for sweater due to the cold). He ordered pork chops (so obviously he is not a fan). when asked if they could comp his meal, he replied that I was paying, so it ws free to him - so of course we paid for it! He was absolutely soaked and another engagement - we were all impressed with his composure though admitting that we would have left. His pork chops came with a handful of fries and mashed potatoes (which were supposed to be fries). Cofffee was cold, asked several times for refill (and creamers). Felt bad for the waiter as he was obviously frazzled. Manager sent another waitress to help but felt like it was a comedy of errors. Won't be back next year.

“Absolutely Love Coconut Shrimp”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2013

Red Lobster has always been a personal favourite of mine, although my wife and friends aren't fans of seafood, they often go because I like going.

The restaurant itself is a nice atmosphere, and the servers are usually on the ball. The menu lacks accommodation for people who don't like seafood however. Don't expect to exchange lobster toppings for pepperoni on pizza because it's not going to happen, unfortunately.

We usually opt for the 4-course meal. The coconut shrimp is my personal favourite, although you don't get the most bang for your buck (unlike the chicken alfredo which is a massive serving).

I wouldn't recommend Red Lobster if you're taking the whole family out, but if you're a couple looking to treat yourselves, I would recommend it.

“Disappointed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013 via mobile

Red lobster has always been a favorite of mine, but I hadn't been in a couple of years. The lunch menu didn't really have much that interested me so I got the lobster pizza. It was pretty dry and bland. Service was just ok, and they scrapped the treasure chest toys for the kids. Overall, kind of a let down.
