Everything was good but the room was very hot-had to sleep with open window. Could have used a fan but otherwise good.

Thank you JONATHANC215 for taking the time to review our property. Im sorry you were "shocked" to find out we are a motel vs a hotel. No where do we advertise our inn as a "hotel". The name is Howard Johnson Inn. We have pictures on our website showing the inn, trip advisor also has a photo section that has guests photo's. Im glad you considered our inn's value 5 out of 5. Hope to see you again.

“Renovated and clean, most comfortable beds I've ever experienced”

Fully renovated rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Simmons mattresses are a huge plus for getting a good night's rest. Layout of the rooms is well thought out. Good size desk for working. Staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly - I was very impressed. Great value, and not that far from downtown Kingston. I stay at a lot of hotels for my job and this definitely makes my top 3 - I would highly recommend it.
