What a jewel of a hotel! Went there for a wedding at Carmen's next door and was blown away by the quality and size of the premier suite we occupied on the third floor. More like a deluxe bachelor apartment really, with comfy king bed, double jacuzzi, living room area w fireplace, stylish couch, and bigscreen TV and kitchenette with 4-seater bar-style table. HUGE bathroom and dressing area with double walk-in shower and extra sink in dressing area. All well-appointed and spotless - the room and furnishings were like brand new. Only 'drawback' to hotel is that there is not a indoor link to Carmen's but apparently that is the city's building dept's fault and not the owners of the property. Hope they keep pressing the city for a permit to join the buildings!
Went to Baci for breakfast and was again pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and how inexpensive it was: $36 for 4 people including tip AND we all ate well! All staff were friendly and accommodating. Future consideration would be to have more staff on the desk on a Friday of a wedding as there was quite a line-up. The free cookies helped in the wait tho! We like to keep our room rate to $100~$120, but we splurged on the $184 rate, which was a deal considering the rates at other hotels for this quality of suite. First time ever staying in Hamilton, but hope we have a chance to stay again sometime. Magnifico!

We are over joyed to know you had a wonderful experience (which is our everyday goal) while staying in Hamilton's 1st luxury boutique hotel and Ontario's 1st Best Western Premier.
Our Platinum Suites are very popular and pleased you were able to enjoy all it has to offer.
We apologize for any inconvenience you felt while Carmen's' Banquet Hall and the Hotel are not joined. Our properties are respectively run independently from one another, yet we trust the convenience of the two being directly beside one another will bring you back to us in the future.
We would also like to apologize for any delay during the check in process, we generally are well staffed and ensure it during peak times. This will have to be investigated further to find out what happened here and where we may have fallen short.
