We eat at this Keg quite often and are always satisfied. Based on eating there almost once a month for the past 4 years, I will share with you the only negative experiences we had had there.
Once, I ordered a lobster dinner and the tail was severely undercooked. It only ever happened once. I informed the server and it was quickly replaced, The Keg always has wonderful lobster.
Like I said, we have had everything on the menu. I tried the Dijon Salmon once, it was over cooked (maybe from the heat lamp) and I didn't like the Dijon Sauce, I never ordered it again.
One time when we were done eating, the server took our plates and went on a break so we had to wait 20 minutes to get our bill.
Those are the only bad experiences we had in 4 years, dining there countless times. Normally staff are always friendly and provide great service. The bad servers we have had in the past we never saw more than twice. If you have any issues at all, always ask to speak to a manager. They're always walking around and are willing to fix and issue you may have. Though, any issues that do happen are rare.
One thing I miss is their Spinach, Crab & Cheese dip. It used to be served with these amazing fried pita chips, but they no longer have them and serve yellow and red corn chips instead. All their appetizers are great. For Entrees their best are Steak & Lobster, their Prime Rib, Teriyaki Steak and their Creole chicken. Their dungeness crab is also great when they have that promotion going on
