“Fast & Friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

Stopped in here while shopping downtown on Brant Street upon recommendation from a salesperson. We were looking for something tasty and quick as we were on our way out of town.
This place is just off Lakeshore, and even though there is a view to the lake, you can't really see it from the outdoor patio due to all the foliage that's out now. I had the Quiche special and my daughter had a slice of the freshly made pizza which had sweet potato, yukon potato, goat cheese and balsamic topping. We also ordered a latte and chai latte. Everything came out withing minutes of ordering and was delicious! The quiche came with greens, but they seemed a little wilty, probably because it was muggy outside. I would come here again; the lady at the counter was very friendly and efficient and had a great smile!

“Great find!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2014

I've had breakfast and lunch here. The menu is modern and slightly quirky..very fresh ingredients too. Highly recommended especially if you are staying across the road at the Waterfront hotel where the breakfast is awful!

“Fantastic For Breakfast & Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2014

Small and intimate, Pane Fresco has a great selection of breakfast and lunch options. Breakfast favorites include the chocolate Pain Perdu and the classic breakfast. Lunch options are a wide variety of sandwiches and pizza (brie & prosciutto is my favorite!). What makes Pane Fresco so delicious is their specialty bread - the pizza crust is like a buttery baguette. Everything I have ever tried has been excellent, however they don't offer gluten free bread nor gluten-friendly menu options.

“The Best Bread in Town!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2014

Their fig/walnut/raisin bread is so good that you have to get there early to ensure a selection. Their cheese bread available on weekends is laden with cheese and is so tasty! They have many other artisan breads to try. I have had a meal in the bistro and find it expensive, so would not go back for that purpose.
