This past weekend we stayed at this hotel along with the rest of our family. Four rooms were booked as requested and they were all together. It was easy to find and we were greeted by a very pleasant employee. We found the room to be clean but a wee bit run down. Nothing that would stop us from returning. We had a ground floor room with access to the outside where we were able to park. For the price we were quite content. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept! The complimentary breakfast was enjoyed and the selections were quite broad. The housekeeping staff did a nice job and should be commended. For the price, we would recomend this hotel if in the area.

Room Tip: Ground floor near the main lobby where your are near the complimentary breakfast, pool and can park...

Great location, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery store right across the street. Hotel is dated, mildew in the bathroom, paint is peeling everywhere. There were no towels in the pool area and the sauna didn't work (no sign saying out of order though). Our room was clean, no bugs or hairs as others have mentioned, but in need of repair. Nothing really fit...the shower rod was just barely hanging on due to poor fit, the exhaust fan was too small for the hole they cut, etc. Breakfast was good, lots of choices for a continental breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfy, free wifi and good tv.

Room Tip: Get a room with a walkout to your car.

Wouldn't stay again even if you paid me! The front desk staff are not friendly or helpful, the hotel is in need of some basic maintenance and major cleaning. So unless you consider pealing paint on the walls, leaking windows, carpets that make your white socks turn grey, flat tires on the luggage carts, bugs in the bathroom and hair in your blankets then this is your place. Also your door card key does not allow access in any of the entrances around the hotel so depending on where you have to park you always have to enter through the main entrance of the hotel which is very inconvenient. You might also want to pass on the breakfast which included dry muffins, microwaved eggs, cardboard flavoured waffles and a very messy eating area.

Room Tip: Find a different hotel

Stayed only one night after landing in Toronto from the UK. Price was right, but booked through Priceline "name your price" so don't know what the regular tariff would be. Friendly staff, comfortable clean room, nice pool, and lots of parking. Several restaurants in the area too which was nice. One downside is the lack of an elevator which was a bit of a struggle. Oh - almost forgot; I've stayed at hundreds of hotels over a busy travel career, and this was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in - including my own! I contacted the hotel to find the name of their bed supplier.

Room Tip: try to get on the ground floor

We stayed here for convenience of location. Hotel is dated and in need of TLC (hence the average rating) BUT we found it to be clean and beds were comfortable. We did not have the experience that others reported about things not working. Breakfast was good and provided enough options to suit everyone (for a continental). The pool was a good size and clean and the hottub was one of the hottest we've experienced. Really enjoyed that. It was a very good value for price paid.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and found hotel to be comfortable and conveniently located near to major highways to connect to Toronto/Mississauga. Toronto downtown is 20-30 minutes drive from hotel and 45-60 minutes via bus/metro rail. There are so many restaurants to eat within 5 miles radius. Breakfast is complementary and decent enough and have hot selections as well. Beds are comfortable and room sizes is also good. Hotel management is very co-operative and helpful.

This Best Western has very comfy beds, very clean bathroom, and friendly hotel staff. There were four of us, two adults and two children in the room and there was space for all of us.
I was a little disappointed that there was not individual microwave in the room, however we did have a refrigerator, just a fridge not a freezer. The TV would become very snowy, meaning that while watching a channel the white static would come, and we would have to get up and turn the cord in the back. Oh then the issue of face clothes, we clearly stated that there were four people in the room, and we kept getting THREE, face towels!!!! This was very annoying!!!

The location of the hotel is conveniently near a TD bank (Canada Trust), we are from the states so seeing a TD gave a familiar feel. It is also very close (walking distance) to a no-frills supermarket, and eateries such as, Pizza Hut, Kelsey's, Mikki Dee's, Red Lobster, fish and chips and a burger king. There was also a beauty supply store and a Sears Outlet.
The pool area was nice and clean and spacious, the children really enjoyed it.
FOR THE PRICE, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL, I HAD A LOVELY STAY!!! and I would definitely bring my family back. My only complaints: NOT ENOUGH TOWELS AND THE SNOWY TELEVISION

Room Tip: Ask for a first floor room, you can exit your room and go straight to your vehicle. Each room has a...
