We enjoyed the story of how Tim and Stella met as children and married later in life and are now hosts of a charming B&B called Hebden House near Westport. Their romantic story just adds to the romance of this B&B with waterfront property, its own park-like setting and the ambiance of Hebden House and all its treasures! Stella's culinary skill is remarkable and added to the delights discovered each day. Tim added a new B&B experience for us when he built a bonfire where all the guests soon gravitated for a friendly chat in the warm evening. The main host is Bailey, a King Charles spaniel who can come and live with me anyday. (I think Stella and Tim checked his whereabouts when it was time for me to leave just to be sure Bailey stayed there!) Great food, great bed, great hosts, great dog, great ambiance, it doesn't get any better than this.
