The Wolfville, Nova Scotia Farmers' Market is now open twice a week, Saturdays and Wednesdays, in a newly renovated indoor arena just a block from the main street. Located in a university town in an agricultural area, the Farmers' Market houses vendors from all up and down the Fundy Coast of the province. Fresh produce, baked goods, honey, gourmet coffee and ethnic foods are just a few of the products available at reasonable cost. There is free musical entertainment, ranging from excellent local talent to (unfortunately) sometimes less than professional offerings. On the down side, the volume can be too loud on occasion. The venue is often very crowded, but there's more room in the overflow area outside.
