I'd been wanting to stay the Gingerbread House Inn since I was a little girl and my older brother enrolled at Acadia University.
Finally, this past weekend my husband and I had an opportunity to visit Wolfville after a jam-packed family wedding weekend!
After a busy and social week in Nova Scotia, we were ready to wrap things up with some solitude and relaxation.
We booked one night in the Annapolis Room, and were not disappointed. We were greeted by Claire (I think), she was really kind and easy to talk to. She showed us around the grounds and to our beautiful room.
It had a private entrance and sitting area outside as well. The room itself was beautifully decorated in cream-colours, red carpets, hard wood floors, fireplace, and the extra special full size hot-tub!
The Inn is only a few minutes walk from the heart of Wolfville (maybe 3 minutes) - so it won't take long to get to the Library Pub, The Tempest, or Joe's depending on your food cravings!
The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was large and spacious and the showerhead was quite nice!
I highly recommend you stay here!
