I have little complaint towards Javaroma or it's coffee, it is a good atmosphere for a downtown meeting place however I need to mention something that i have witnessed a few times... being downtown has its advantages and disadvantages - the most outstanding is the homeless. I have witnessed on two occasions that individuals will lurk near the door and when staff behind the counter are distracted, they will walk to the condiment counter and drink directly out of the milk & cream containers.
So yes, the place is great, but move the milk/sugar counter away from the door where this can happen. Or have staff on the floor policing the area. Something anyways. I have stopped using the milk/cream at the counter, unless I witness a fresh container being opened. I would suggest others do the same.
