I was in Moncton for the night and decided to order pizza in as I was tired. I placed the order for delivery and order a medium pizza half with meat, the other half with just cheese. I received the pizza in a timely manner but when I started to take out a piece I noticed that only 2 and a part of a third slice were without meat. I called them back to inform them. The girl on the phone was very nice and said she could credit me for a free pizza however I informed her I was from out of town and would not be able to take advantage of the free pizza and would instead like my money back. She got the manager (Brad Englewood) who came on the phone completely unaware of the situation. After informing him of the situation he did not even attempt to correct the situation, instead he said that I was trying to get a free pizza out of the situation and had changed my story half way through - which I did not do. After trying to calmly tell him the situation again he continued to interrupt me, tell me there was no one above him who I could speak with and was unwilling to help me. He ended up hanging up on me. This is the WORST service I have ever received from any restaurant . Not only did he fail to correct the situation, he made it 10 time worse by insulting me and refusing to listen to what I had to say. I will be writing to the paper and anywhere else I can be heard to make sure no one else has to endure such a horrible experience. I urge you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
