The Bell Inn is under new ownership. Andrew and Sara bring a wealth of culinary education, experience and imagination to the table making every dish a delightful experience. I hope everyone in the Greater Moncton area will this quaint, historic restaurant a try - I guarantee no one will leave without making plans for their next visit!

“Everything is awesome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

The new owners, Sara Craig and Andrew Harrison, are continuing the traditional ambience and maritime food experience begun by the previous owners. They have added some new features, including wine and beer with your meal. The local produce and products such as biscuits, wine and lobster are used and their cuisine is outstanding. I've tried everything on the menu and loved it all. The scallops, ham and baked beans, and catch of the day are all wonderful, and the cheesecake, flourless brownie, and creme brulee are scrumptious. They cook like angels, the servers are extra helpful, the decor is calm and inviting, and my overall eating experience was extra special. They even have gluten free items and pay special attention to allergies. I really recommend you try this restaurant.

Excellent restaurant. The food and presentation was wonderful. Everything had so much taste. Make sure you save room for dessert.

“Great Food and Wonderful Atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2012

If you are looking for excellent homecooked meals serviced fresh and hot everytime. This is the place.

The Bell Inn is the oldest stone building in New Brunswick. The inside of the building is restored to a 1850's era. David McAllister & Wayne Jones manage the restaurant and do the cooking. The food quality is fantastic. They are featured in the book Where To Eat In Canada

If you like Seafood Chowder make sure you visit on Fridays. They make one of the best Chowders (full of Lobster).

They make homemade desserts, pies and ice cream (My favorite is the Pistachio Ice Cream - You've never tasted an ice cream so creamy).

I have been here several times and will keep coming back. I always bring people here and they love it also.

The staff is wonderful and will look after you.
