Went here with my girlfriend for a date and I wanted to try a place I haven't been to that was really nice. I looked at reviews of this place and I heard a lot off good stuff.
The service was good, as we did not have to wait long for anything we ordered. I was impressed with my meal as I ordered the shrimp Linguinie. It had good flavour and the shrimp was large. Not often do I see them of that size. The shrimp tasted fresh and was split to give a decorative touch. The appetizer was good. We had tomatoes and mozzeralla cheese and found it was tasty and it was of a decent portion for two people. The dessert menu felt limited to alcoholic desserts as it would be nice to have more selection for those who would be driving afterwards.
The decor was good as I feel it suited the location. Only thing that was a little bit bothersome was that the light(s) at my table were right above the table. So it created a shadow whenever I looked down at the menu. I also enjoyed the paintings they had. The atmosphere was overall good. The dining area is small and found it really awkward when some poeple came in and started talking and laughing really loud.
Price wise for an appitizer, two entrees, and some wine came out to about $75ish. For a fancy place and walking away full, I'll say this was a decent price as I've paid more for less at different places in the past.
If your looking for somewhere new to try, I recommend this place.
