Our foodie group really enjoyed Simon’s… they kept raving about the different flavours they had never experienced before. It was a pleasure talking to the owner too, when I made the reservation. He promised us all an experience to remember, and when we got there, we received great service and didn't have to wait too long to eat. It’s a very small place but they were ready for us anyway.
We started off with bread baskets and a choice of 2 pestos and one hot sauce. Then we each ordered empanadas (spicy beef was the favourite), followed by our entrees. Some members ordered a sampler dinner which included salad and dessert. I don’t remember the name of my dish because there is no online menu, but it was a beef dish with a fried egg and red pepper sauce, along with roast potatoes. Unfortunately, I found my beef tough and stringy, so even though everyone else really enjoyed their meals, I can’t give this one a thumbs up, but I do suggest everyone should try it for something different!
