I visited this pub/restaurant with my wife en route to Vancouver and spent a very pleasant hour or so eating good food while the sun set over the bay. The service was friendly and efficient and I'd recommend it. I ate fish and chips and it was amongst the best I've had on this side of the pond. My wife's lamb was also very tasty.
Culturally the pub seemed to be an odd mix of Irish, Welsh and English, but there's nothing wrong with that!
The only downside is the lack of nearby parking, I had to park about a 10 minute walk away, but that may have been because the weather was so good, and it was worth it.
