Located in the Summit Lodge. The best way to find the place is to enter thru the Summit Lodge, since the restaurant main entrance is a little hard to find.
Small dining area plus a bar. Soft lighting. We were there in early September while the weather was still nice, but I could imagine that this would be an incredibly cozy ambience on a cold winter night.
Tapas entrees. We had three - duck salad, ahi tuna, and bison. All were prepared well, delivered quickly. A little on the small side, but pretty much what you'd expect at a tapas place. Three dishes was about right for the two of us.
Dessert was bacon and maple cheesecake. Delicious. Is there anything that bacon doesn't improve?
We'll definitely be back again.
