This place is as regular as they come. I wasn't expecting something very extravagant. After all, the price for my stay was very reasonable. Everything worked, there was enough room for all six of us. We had a master king size in one room, a double bunk bed containing a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top (these two bedrooms were upstairs), and finally the fold out couch in the living area. There were two functioning restrooms, plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with plates, forks, spoons, etc., there was working internet.
There was only one TV in the living area which was a bit upsetting since there were six of us divided into three couple. After a nice long day of skiing and eating, everybody tends to like to go into their own room/space and do their own thing; yet the only TV was downstairs in the living room. I guess this really is not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to know beforehand. I blame this on Resortquest, the agency who booked my stay there.
There was a lot of traffic noise since we were almost right nest to the road but this didn't bother me. I am used to traffic noise and it helps me sleep (feels like home). The noise is loud enough for me to have decided to write about it more for the sake that someone else may find this info useful.
The price for four nights/ six people was roughly around $1400 USD. There was nothing special about the price.
I probably would not stay here again since there are plenty more options around town, closer to the lifts. Oh yes.... this place is about a 10 minute walk to the lifts and there is a grocery store literally in the shopping center in front of this complex maybe a three minute walk from door to grocery store). The bus route is across the street from the complex, Starbucks and other restaurants is about 3-5 minute walk. Not bad but it could be better I guess.
One final thing, do you not check-in here. You have to go to another location to check-in and get your unit number/access keys/codes etc. The check-in place is not far but it can cause problems depending on who's dropping you off, amount of luggage, traveling with kids etc.
unit 89 has a lot of traffic noise.
