We ended up in this "hotel" by accident. When we called the resort association to book a room they suggested the Pan Pacific. We automatically assumed we would be staying at their premier hotel within 50 steps of the lifts. When we turned at the hotel we were immediately asked if we had the "right" Pan Pacific. As you can appreciate, we were extremely shocked and disappointed to discover the Pan Pacific also manages another project down the street. It is essentially all one and two bedroom condos with no restaurant, bar, or other typical hotel amenities. In any event, after I calmed down I have come to acknowledge it is OK. The message is - make sure you understand exactly where you are staying!
