When I booked it I didn't realise that this place was not in the village. It didn't matter one tiny bit. As the resort was quite (beautifully so) we got an upgrade. I love upgrades. We were given one of the condos on the fifth floor. OMG. As the wife and I said, if this is condo living then whern can we move in?
Fantastic flat with high ceiling, everything you could need including dishwasher, washing machine, well kitted out kitchen (only thing is you have to lean across the hobs to get at the controls) pots pans, knives etc all there for you. You even get a balcony to sit out on. There is a supermarket across the road and liquor store as well. If you want to see people you can go into Whistler which is 3 minutes away. I am sorry we only booked in for 2 nights, I could have stayed a week.the flat wasa steal @£110 a night
When you look at what Whistler has done as it has grown instead of that cess pit Banff then you can see who go it right and who got it wrong.
Brilliant brilliant place to stay

If you don't need to stay in the center of the "action", this is the place. All the other reviews speak the truth, For $140 a night, we stayed in a 940 square foot one bedroom/two bath condo with den. Jacuzzi, three HDTVs, deluxe finishings and furnishings. Staff was casual, professional and friendly. Early September mid-week and the village (Whistler Creek) was all but deserted. The main village is only a three minute drive up the road and well worth the trip. We swam in a different, beautiful alpine lake every day we were there. Can't wait to return next summer.

This lodge is in an awesome location very friendly staff, we are in first night of our 2 nights stay here and enjoyed each and every moment of it so far, no wonder they are number one on trip advisor's list for Whistler hotels.

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. Easy access to facults,!cafe's, bars and coffee shops. Hot spas at the end if the day was appreciated. To top it off it had a better kitchen than ours at home.
