We've eaten here once last year and the food was decent (but expensive). We decided to try it out again this year (for lunch). We checked in with the hostess who told us that no tables were currently ready. She then proceeded to double-duty as cashier and process payment for a woman customer who was leaving. This woman looked unhappy and made a complaint about the food; I did not overhear the entire conversation but the hostess made an apology and assured the woman that she would tell the kitchen. The hostess then proceeded to help clear tables and then go to the bar to dispense some soft drinks, all the while continuiing to ignore us and 2 other parties who came in. After 15 minutes, we decided to leave. If a restaurant would skimp so much on staffing in the front of the house, I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen.
