“Great and spacious rooms”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2013

If you are coming with a group of friends or for a family reunion, and don't really care that you're not "in the thick of things", try this place out. The rooms are fairly big at 800+ sq. ft with a full kitchen. We got the 2 bedroom and both bedrooms had their own ensuite bathroom! The room had 2 TVs too: 1 in the livin room and 1 in the master suite. The amenities were nice: a pool and hot tub and and adults only hot tub, a games room with adjoining kids play room and a media room with a large screen, and a workout room.

The location is a bit inconvenient as it is a 10 minute drive to the main village and you'll have to search for or pay for parking there.

The part I didn't like, and the reason they got 3 stars for service was that they charge you for coffee. They only give you a pack for the first day, after that they charge $3.50. I felt that I was being nickel and dimed with that. This would have been a chance for the administration to go above and beyond, instead, they chose to try to put a hand in my pocket. Shameful!

5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

We stayed a week in January with 2 other couples. The 3 bedroom was perfect for the 2 got regular beds as we ended up with bunk beds. No big deal as our place had a huge den with a gas fireplace made of stone. The room overlooked the slopes. Someone had to stay in bunks as I am sure families usually rent. We had fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to fix breakfast each morning prior to skiing. The lodge had lockers in the bottom floor that allowed all of to store all of our ski gear so it did not have to go to the room. The lodge had a underground garage that allowed us to park our rental van so it stayed out of the snow. Great place!!!!

Beautiful rooms, excellent service, very nice amenities and very nice atmosphere, I highly recommend this whether your traveling or on vacation, also nice and close to whistler village. Right across the way is a nice quiet peaceful lake with trails, tennis courts and a park for the kids.

This place is the pearl of whistler...
Rooms are great and a good size!
Pool and amenities are above expectations..
Most of the staff go out of their way...
Except for the oriental lady at check in....has an attitude ...doesn't have any warmth...Seemed like a manager...but didn't seem to really care when she was attending to a question...
Otherwise all was good....amazing how someone's attitude can affect ones day.

Room Tip: Noisy on poolside...stay on creekside
