Booked a golf outing at Chateau Fairmont Course. Concierge said valet will take you and pick you up. When it was time to return, golf shop staff called the hotel and was told they were too busy!!! Imagine the Fairmont Hotel staffs surpise when she said, but he's your hotel guest and was told, he will have to find alternate arrangements! My playing partner was at the Westin, next to the HIlton. He said, you can go with me, but the Westin vehicle was full. The Wesin driver said where's HIlton driver; too busy . . so the Westin staff had a good laugh over that one too.

Stayed here for a night for a friends' Bachelorette party. We stayed in one of the suites and it was very nice and had all of the amenities that one comes to expect from a Whistler hotel. Unfortunately the pool was being serviced (it may still be in the midst of being renovated) which is unfortunate considering we went in the middle of summer. The hot tub was working but it is a bit small and a bit awkward when filled with anymore than 7 people as you are most likely going to be sitting on their lap. Hopefully the renovations they are doing will fix this! Nonetheless, it was still a great stay, the staff were very helpful in getting us dinner reservations, and the guest shuttle was very accommodating with 5 girls, high heels, and not wanting to walk too far to a restaurant!

I would definitely consider the Hilton on my next visit back to Whistler.

Brilliant, friendly helpful staff with a great sense of humour - these Canadians sure know how to do tourism. The food was delicious, the room was more that adequate and so clean and well cared for. The hotel is in a perfect location for everything and Whistler looks like something out of movie set in an Alpine Village loved it - loved it - loved it!!!!!! Definately recommend to everyone!!!

This place is sooo nice..had a full size kitchen and fireplace that we lit up. Since the evenings are cool....
The area is really nice...its a little village with lots of shops & restaurant, galleries....the view around is gorgeous..surrounded by mountains..this would be s romantic get away in the winter...snowcapped mountains
