“Great sta”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2013 via mobile

Had a great stay at the hotel. Bed was comfortable and lots of not water in the morning which is always great.

Really like the location in the village since your naw all out the door and everything is pretty much there.

Stayed here for one night as my husband and I were doing a weekend getaway to the Scandinave Spa. It is located in a great area, right in the Village so it is great for those that want to access restaurants and activities near by. If you are looking for something right in the hear of the village, this place will be ideal.

Booked a suite as there were four of us and it was just what we needed for the two nights. Full kitchen amenities that would be wonderful for a family in the ski season. Very accessible to all the restaurants and the lifts. Can't really comment on the room service as we were just there for the two nights so didn't see any evidence of room service except for another packet of coffee. Would certainly return if going back to Whistler.

The room was lovely and clean, very spacious, staff friendly. The location was great ideally situated right in the heart of whistler. A couple of things the fridge was really loud and Friday night the guests were loud too I am sure the hotel would have done something had I complained but it was party central for a few hours, overall good.

This hotels web site would have you believe that this is a modern hotel It is not .The room was a Murphy style with a pull down bed which was really uncomfortable as were the pillows. All the furniture is dated and worn, nothing looks clean. The reception area is ok but the rest of the hotel is dark and dingy. One lift which is really small and no one to help with the bags. $20 dollars to park ( inc tax ) Work was been carried out and the balconies were closed off . I would have left if it had not been early evening and we were only staying one night.
On the positive it is a reasonable location and the reception staff were pleasant.
I have stayed at better hotels in Whistler for the same price and will not stay here again

We purchased SocialShopper coupon for a one night stay in a studio suite. The room is good for up to 4 people. Well equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, ironing board, etc. There's an open pool, hot tub, and sauna open from 10am-10pm. We totally loved our stay here and would definitely return in the future. I'd recommend people to come on weekends as there are more activities going on in Whistler.

The price we paid was good for a hotel in the heart of Whistler Village, but we had a room in the Powder Lodge with a murphy bed and a pull out single sofa bed. There was an awful smell eminating from the fridge - like wrotten food or sewer...but we couldnt find anything and unfortunately they were fully booked so we didnt bother complaining. Would not stay here again though.
