“Good Location”

This hotel is in a good location right on the main strip at the base of the mountains by all of the activities available to book as well as the restaurants and shops. It was nice to walk everywhere. The hotel room was a basic nice clean hotel room. It had a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately we need wireless internet that they advertised they had but it was not working so we asked to use the computer they advertise is available for use by the lobby but I was disappointed they charged us a lot to use it when we had come prepared with our own but they didn't have their wifi working. I felt they should have let guests use the computer if they did not have the wifi available. Also the parking was costly and we were not told that it was an additional cost on top of what we had payed so we ended up paying more than we had expected in the end.

“Great stay - July 9/07”

Had a wonderful one-night stay in this lovely Whistler hotel. Arrived at 1:30 pm and our room was actually ready. Great rate for BC residents, $138 per night. Our room had 2 queen beds and a queen sofa, fridge, microwave and small sink. Swam in their pool and ate at
the Old Spaghetti Factory on site. Great time sitting out on the balcony the next morning sipping our lattes obtained from Starbucks downstairs. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

“Best Value in Whistler”

We went to Whistler for the July 1st long weekend, and stayed at the Crystal Lodge. While we have stayed at other branded hotels and a boutique hotel nearby, we found that that Crystal Lodge is the best value for money in Whistler..4 stars..with value, and that is a rare thing these days !

“Crystal Lodge has it all”

We didn't know what to expect at the Crystal Lodge, but we would definitely recommend it. It has it all ! Location, great staff and a newly renovated property. This is the best value we have had in Whistler !

“Relaxing”

For the first time I had nothing to complain about. Very clean, spacious and the staff was very polite and accomodated all needs. The location is directly in the villiage, surrounded by great bars, clubs, marketplace and shops. The lodge has been renovated and the changes are apparent. The One Bedroom suite contains a full kitchen with stainless steel "whirpool" applicances, large jacuzzi, spacious living area, large bedroom and large balcony. There is a great bar located in the lodge as well as a relaxing hot tub, sauna, fitness room and swimming pool.

I was very impressed, as I am a picky person, the lodge was a perfect fit.
