We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and we love it! The staff is outstanding and the location is one of the best. We plan to return in June again!

Me & my partner stayed here at the begining of April for a week and had a fantastic time! The location has got to be the best part as it is only a short stroll to both Whistler & Blackcombe lifts. The lobby area is really nice, a real ski lodge feel!
The rooms were very good - roomy, good beds, modern, TV etc and very clean. Also had a big balcony, only a shame that there was no patio furniture as we had some fab sunshine!! I don't think many of the rooms had a balcony though, we were just lucky!!
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel does have a nice feel and the Rics restauarant was fab, though you do have to make sure you book ahead as very busy!!! The pub/bar was good, a typical ski stop off, no frills just everyone chilling out after a hard day skiing/boarding!!!! Big place! If you want a bit more up market then go to the bar/tapa bar at Rics, very nice though small.
All in all I could not fault the Crystal Lodge! I would definately stay here again. It has everything you need on a ski trip and very well presented hotel with exception staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Crystal Lodge for 2 nights and was very happy with this hotel! Our room wasn't ready as we arrived a bit early & when we went back to check in they had upgraded us to a luxury room! Therefore I can't comment on the traditional room - the luxury room however was just that! Quite a large room with very nice furnishings and very comfortable bed. Absolutely immaculately clean, with the exception of some of the kitchen equipment, which was a little grubby, however I would imagine this was the fault of the previous occupier & not the hotels' cleaners. The location was probably the best in Whistler, right bang in the village & practically on the slopes themselves! Excellent choice of drinking & dining in & around the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful regarding our lost luggage. Whistler is a notoriously expensive place to stay but the Crystal Lodge was excellent value for money. All in all, most highly recommended!

We have been to Whistler several times before, and walked by the Crystal Lodge on the way to the lifts. Finally, we wised up and stayed there...what were we waiting for !! The location is the best in Whistler- everything is right there...the staff were amazingly friendly- the hotel is recently renovated, clean...just a great stay !! we will be back !
