“Fun for kids”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

I daughter enjoyed the bungee. It is geared more for older children. It is on the other side of the village near the Fairmount Hotel

“Great activities”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

Well staffed with safe reliable people who gave the kids an awesome time.
Too much activities to list but reasonable in cost and gret wy for parents to get a break.

“good, not great.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2013

Kind of a carnival atmosphere. My kids got bored pretty quick. "Rides" hardly worth 7.50 each... which came in a book of 10 for $75.

Dear Mike M,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.

It appears your review is for the Family Adventure Zone at Whistler Blackcomb rather than Whistler Kids ( the winter ski and snowboard programs offered at Whistler Blackcomb). The Family Adventure Zone offers a variety of activities for the whole family at the base of Blackcomb Mountain from mid-June to September.

We appreciate your comments and have been taking steps to improve the ticket process in the Family Adventure Zone. Many of the vendors can now scan a barcode on the tickets, then mark the ticket so guests can easily track the number of scans remaining. We are continually working to improve the experience, and value your suggestions for the future.

Kind Regards,
Whistler Blackcomb

“Awesome place for kids.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2013

My 5 year old loved this place. What they need to improve upon is their ticketing system - very wasteful of time. First you boy the main ticket, then you go to various box office to get that ticket marked off to get another ticket for the rides you want- what's the point....why have us parents go through this stupid process.

“Rain was a disappointment”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

Our two kids enjoyed the Adventure Zone but due to rainfall, they could use their passes for the Luge, Trazeze, Slide Castle, etc..The attendants were Aussies (their neat accents) and very kid-friendly...they love their job, we can tell. The Bungy Trampoline was a huge thrill for my son but the Spider Web was too tough to get past the 2nd level. Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves and thank goodness for Adventure Zone during a rainy week.
