Great room on 3rd floor with kitchenette and balcony overlooking square. Room was well equipped ( including washer / drier) spacious, clean and well serviced. Underground parking convenient and pool / hot tub were fine. All staff were exceptionally helpful .

We are two families with young children arrived in Whistler Friday evening 6:30pm to find no suitable accommodation! Due to wrong room allocation and horrible experience at another whistler lodge we were left without any accommodation at 9pm(luckily got our refund). Delta whistler was nearby so we decided to give it try, we told front desk our story and staff quickly found 2 rooms complimentary parking (else 30/day) and 10% off CAA discount on a busy long Victoria Day long weekend.

Staff was so gracious they even kept tired cranky kids occupied with colouring sheets. The 1 bedroom suites are fantastic, the sofa be mattresses are brand new very comfortable. Rooms are nicely furnished with little full kitchen.

Delta suites saved our long weekend!! Thank you!

Despite all the anticipated noise we assumed would keep us up beyond normal sleep time, we were happy to find ourselves tucked in bed with no outside interruptions. Made for a a rather pleasant night !!

Booked this hotel for one night only since our plan was to go hiking for the day and the price was very economic compared to other locations. i knew that they renovated this place in 2014 and the ratings were outstanding. i cannot agree more! we arrived at the village before noon, well ahead check-in time with the plan to park our vehicle and then go hiking. To our surprise our room was ready and we were able to check in and drop all our stuff so we could then go for long walks/hikes in the village and then to enjoy a long deserved lunch. Stuart was very helpful to recommend some of hikes around the village and cautioned us about bear sightings which there were lots during those days. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating every time we got back to the hotel and the parking area. Parking is $30/ night. The hotel has a very nice pool area and hot tubs which we didn't take advantage of because of the weather. The location is outstanding, right in the middle of the village, rooms are very clean, renovated with complete kitchen and amenities, washer/dryer and dishwasher, small balcony, free and fast wifi. We got an awesome deal. Definitely recommend.

We booked a room for 4 and effectively had two adjoining rooms, with a small kitchen as part of one side and the other bedroom also had a fridge. Great design as it could be used as two separate rooms or an apartment for 4.
Rooms were roomy and comfortable with TV's in both beds and living room.
Service was great and the shuttle service to the slopes was excellent.
We hired skis from here and they looked after them over night.
Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed a nice couples weekend here in a king bed suite. Front staff very warm and friendly. Most attentive "bell hop" I've encountered in a long time, Stuart! He wasn't too formal, nor was he too free, just the right mix for a location such as this and he knew when to do or say the right thing, clearly years of working with all types of people shines through...well done Stu!
Room was well equipped with all kitchen appliances for an easy stay, which even included your own washer/dryer. Some balconies were very nice, however ours couldn't hold more than on person sitting with the slight cramp of attempting two people. The King bed was very comfortable once you're in it but the room itself is very cramped with twisting and turning sideways to get around one side of the bed. The pool was quite nice and 3 tubs were very pleasant.
It appears they play with the rules a bit depending on the week though (I do understand why, but it made for some poor PR for some guests) as it was May long weekend here and they were trying to control teenagers from sneaking alcohol in Pepsi or water bottles etc, so they banned any drink containers regardless of its appearance. Fair...? Maybe considering some out of control younger adults. However we witnessed middle aged adults and parents with kids forced to throw out their expensive hotel room (purchased) water bottles, Starbucks drinks and coffees. All the signage in and around the pool area clearly said no glass, or alcoholic drinks or containers...but one little wrinkled paper sign, likely printed the day before, was posted near the door on your way in that most people wouldn't have seen if they were hauling kids or towels with them. Don't get me wrong, I get why they did it, it's just very awkward for all involved being treated like children and having your money thrown away. I sure hope those guests that lost their $5 coffees tossed were reimbursed, or $4 hotel room water weren't charged and the bottle replaced upon returning to their room.

Sounds like we had a bad time right?..., but honestly we had a great time and the hotel was very clean and looked after. The location is great as well as its right in the village and a close walk to everything. You'll certainly enjoy your stay if you visit, just watch the bathroom upgrades, they renovated and made the toilet too close to the shelf so the lid won't stay up, and the sink faucet barely clears the counter so you'll likely get water everywhere when washing your hands!

May Long can be a challenging weekend for us and we are always looking for new ways to improve so thank you for your feedback on our approach to liquids in the pool and hot tubs. Thank you for sharing your experience with us and your comments regarding the bathroom fixtures... this has been passed along to the appropriate people. We hope to see you again soon!

First the con: you have to pay $30.00 a night for parking
Now the pros: three hot tubs to choose from, I had one all to myself everyday, the internet is fast (follow the guest host's advice regarding how to sign in), all the staff were polite and friendly, from this location you can easily walk throughout the village, the shuttle service will take you anywhere farther out you need to go, and the beds are very comfortable!

Room Tip: Fifth floor overlooking the courtyard and pool. Quiet and beautiful views of the mountains.
