I stayed at the Delta Whistler for 10 nights in Feb/Mar 2015 and found it to be an excellent experience. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, the 2 bed apts were comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and the amenities good. The only grumble is the sometimes wifi signal and that the outdoor spa tubs jets weren't working. Otherwise a terrific stay and one I'll repeat next time I visit.

I went here with my wife, father-in-law and his girlfriend. Unfortunately the snow wasn't good but our experience with this hotel was! They had the worst snow in 20 years. Nonetheless, this hotel was located in the village which is where you want to stay. We were walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Our rooms where connected so we had a full kitchen. We made great breakfasts before hitting the slopes... and stocked the fridge for after skiing drinks. There are a bunch of Jacuzzis and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool that was perfectly heated. It was great to relax in there after the brutal slopes. There were a bunch of kids by the pool but we did go there on presidents day weekend. The staff was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place and come back again

Not only was the bed big but the apartment was too! We were pleasantly surprised. The whole place was clean, the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Our friends had noisy air-con in their double suite but we only had trouble with our fire, which had to be sorted out a couple of times. There's a good bar attached called Brick Works, we saw a fantastic duo play there. It's a shame you can't book a table if you are staying in the suites, this should be remedied as if you don't turn up they have your credit card details at the main desk so could easily take a fee. The pool area was nice as were the comfy leather chairs in the foyer. We would stay here again even though it was a fair walk to the ski lifts.

Been travelling to Whistler for 30 years and stayed at the Delta this past week for five nights. In short this is a really nice property with condo style rooms. Pretty small but adequate. Staff were excellent. Ski rental at the Affintiy ski shop is an excellent deal , far better than WB, at $139 for four days all in if you prepay. Plus you can leave you skis at the storage locker by the gondala for free ( usually cost $6 a day)

Bed/mattress was super comfortable

The pool and hot tub area is fine but it was full of kids when were there so what are you gonna do

Wifi was excellent - could watch net flix

They have shuttle to the hill but we never minded the 10 walk through the village

We are a group of men who have been going on a guys trip annually for the past 17 years.
We stayed for a week end of Feb 2015. We started out not getting the bedding configuration we had hoped for but it was through the help of front desk, they managed to switch rooms and get us what we needed. Can't thank you enough for that. I can't remember the name of the person who did that switch for us but when I get her name, I'll edit these comments. We had 2, 2 bedroom suites. Would highly recommend these rooms. Very clean with unobtrusive cleaning staff.
Pools are very clean and well maintained. 2 sunken hot tubs outside, 1 inside and a pool that is indoor/outdoor.
Stuart at the Bell desk was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. We really appreciated his service. He really took care of us. There are so many people to thank but he really rose above.
Hotel is in the middle of the village. Skiers may want to be closer to the hill but their shuttle to the gondola more than made up for it. It runs all day and they'll even come pick you up with a phone call to the bell desk if you want to have another apree drink past the 400 closing time. We were at Blackcomb and needed a lift back....all it took was a phone call and they came to get us. It's this type of service you don't get everywhere, everyday.
Hats off to the entire Delta staff for making this one of our best years yet.

I did not have a great experience with my Delta room BUT the front desk made good and cancelled my room charge. The heater in my room, something needed in winter, did not work. Although they tried to fix no luck. They were also unable to provide an electric heater and gave me a blanket. So my room experience at the Delta wasn't great but my service experience was. PS great bar Brickworks is attached to the Delta. Saw a great band!

We stayed here for a week in February and would definitely consider staying again. It's is in the heart of the village and nothing is more than a 5 minute walk. The staff are really helpful and the whole place, including the health suite, is really clean. As a self-catering apartment, this surpasses any European snow resort. The air con was a bit noisy but the beds were so comfy, you could sleep well after a day on the slopes. Even though the snow was poor, they had conserved what they had really well and we had a great time!

Room Tip: All rooms look out on the village.
