Owner description: Whistler Olympic Park has a history of glory and gold. One-third of all medals at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games were awarded at the venue. Today, it remains an active centre for world-class competitors while preserving the winter legacy for the enjoyment of the Sea to Sky community and visitors. In addition to exploring 130 kilometers of picturesque ski and snowshoe trails, we offer biathlon, ski jumping, tobogganing and baseboarding. Summer activities also provide exciting recreational opportunities for adults and children alike.

“Proudly Canadian”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2013

To stand in a space where some of the best of the best athletes in the world have stood is an honour. May we as humans strive to be better people tomorrow than today

“Olympic Village.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

Lots of shops, lots of restaurants, beautiful just to walk through and look at. Everyone that brings dogs take their dogs to Whistler Village. The playground that was build for the Olympic is an Olympic playground. A child would be lucky to experience this playground.

“Great local amenities”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

While pricier than I expected as a local to visit the park my tax dollars already paid to build, it was a great experience to see the amenities being used and accessible for all - for a price! As a dog owner, I especially appreciated the pet friendly snowshoe trails.

“Snowshoe/Xcountry ski @Whistler Olympic Park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

Awesome beautiful place, first time there-- open only between 9:30 am - 3:30 pm; day fee was $23 ea (far less than downhill lift prices) good hot lunch food at lodge (was crowded though, share tables).Lots of people but plenty of room on the trails for both snowshoers & xcountry skiers. Had a ski waxing shed (bring your own wax,had only one scraper to share). Can rent both skis & snowshoes there too. Plenty of photo ops by Olympic symbol; huge wide trails (8-lanes width at startup, 2-lane width trails), near site of ski jump & biathlon venue.
If desired, after still had time to go to Whistler for dinner or lodging (just 10 mins away) (we stayed in Squamish Sandman Inn).
