good location, nice staff and great rooms for great rates. had the best stay in a hostel there in my entire life. had a private room, but dorms also looked quite good.

i got off the ferry late and came inside at about 10pm and found the place friendly and accomidating...sat down had a drink and good food in the lounge with a weekly quiz goin on and lots of friendly travelers to chat to it was just what i needed after the ferry ride.....then grabbed a dorm room good price....clean and comfortable! def a good choice for a hostel!

This is a great place. Keep in mind it's a hostel - It's not the Ritz. It IS a hostel. The place looks well used but also well-cared for. The enamel in some of the bathtubs is going, but the place is clean and they do plan on replacing the tubs soon. There IS noise from outside and the lounge and they tell you which rooms are noisier.

I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the hostel. The other guests are from all over the world and are all decent and fun folks. The staff really bend over backwards to help you find stuff, open doors, and just chat with you. They help keep the place clean and quiet without being authoritarian.

Everyone there seemed really open-minded. LGBT friendly and family friendly. Has a bar for those old enough and really cheap homemade food that happens to be great (try the Thai green curry).

Definitely coming back.

I had a really nice time at this hostel!
They have a Kitchen that everyone can use, amazing staff, they also served excelent food they even have vegetarian meal!
You can also work to have a free night!
!The hostel is located close to everithing!
