We are two couples who stayed at this inn for three nights. It was clean, spacious, and the location was just outside Victoria downtown, so it only took about 15 minutes to drive to the 'sights'. We kayaked one morning off the beach through a tour company--very convenient. Breakfasts were large and the communal guest room was great to relax in, read, and play cards at night. There is a kitchen where you can make a cup of tea anytime and a fridge to keep snacks or leftovers in. The gardens around this inn are gorgeous--much care has obviously gone into them. The inn cats are adorable and are non-intrusive unless you beckon them over for a rub. The king room is worth the money, but the two smaller rooms with the shared bath are also a great deal. I would definitely go back to this inn if I visited Victoria again.
