We went there because we had to go 1 more week in UVIC and it was the closest.
it's really well located, short walk both to the beach and to UVIC
we took the most expensive "suite" and still it's only one room in a garage of the house.
it's more a guest house, since you can't get breakfast in low season, and even if you want to, you have to pay.
The room is quite small and basic. Even if there is the equipment necessary, it's really not so nice. The room upstairs is really noisy 'creaking floor'.
I still think the room is really overrated compared to what we get.
But the owners are really kind.
