Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows! Great suggestions for activities on their website within walking distance. Would absolutely stay there again. Sunday brunch was amazing.

Room Tip: Even the rooms in the older wing were spotless and well maintained.

I stayed only one night at this nice hotel but the staff here made sure that my stay was very enjoyable. The hotel overlooks downtown Victoria, which is across a small bay. Don't worry, it's only a short 5 mins walk to the heart of downtown Victoria! The hotel, although a tiny bit dated makes up for it by being impeccably clean. The rooms are very large and they carry all the luxuries you've come to expect from a hotel this class (Aveda bath product, bath robe etc). The bed was extremely comfortable, the room's sound proofing is amazing (can't hear a thing) and the parking has complementary valet service (included in the price I mean). I did not have room service or try the restaurant but I glanced at the menu and the selection if refined and offered at a good price point, considering the class of this hotel. I'll be back to Victoria for a wedding in August, the Inn at Laurel Point is where I'll be booking;my wife and kids will love it here!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the bay but any room will be a good room in this place.

Right on the Victoria inner and outer harbours the Inn at Laurel Point is perfectly situated for a vacation or business trip. If you intend to explore the downtown area there is no need to use your vehicle as it is but a short and relaxing stroll to shopping, attractions and restaurants via the sea-walk. (Note: Downtown parking in Victoria is an expensive nightmare.) Check-in was very efficient. Staff was very professionally informal throughout our four day stay and was always willing to provide advice or assistance when requested. We had a room in what I guess was the "old" section which we both considered to be more than acceptable; .large, clean and bright, with a comfortable king size bed and small balcony overlooking the Japanese gardens and harbour.. Absolutely no night noise providing restful sleeps. (The Inn seems to be one of those facilities which in spite of how busy they may be never seems to be crowded.) The in room Italian coffee (Torrefazione) provided,an enjoyable upgrade from the traditional swill one finds more often than not in similar facilities. We only ate breakfasts in the restaurant, but will report that our meals were very well prepared and served, although perhaps they were slightly pricy. My wife and I very much enjoyed our time at the hotel and, although their are other hotel choices situated nearby we are already planning on returning to the Inn at Laurel Point. We would recommend it to others.

Room Tip: We chose to pay the $15.00 / night for secure parking although there would appear to be a reasonable...

The Inn at Laural Point sits at the point of the Harbor as you arrive by ferry from Seattle into Victoria, B.C. It is an unusual property with stunning views and easy access to everything Victoria on foot! The rooms are spacious, luxurious and full of nice little extras. The beds are comfortable, bedding luxurious, tvs in each room. There was a separate living area off the bedroom in our suite along with a lovely marble bathroom complete with TV! The property boasts a peaceful setting, the restaurant on property has delicious food and as a family of four (2 kids and 2 adults) we enjoyed the experience, the staff, the facilities and the vacation a great deal. Great place to stay!

Love this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are great (especially the marble bathrooms in the Erickson wing). Bed and pillows are very comfortable and the extra amenities, such as plush bathrobes are a nice touch. We also had a fantastic view of the outer harbor and the lovely hotel garden. The location is very convenient (less than a 5 minute walk from the Victoria Clipper), and within walking distance to the major downtown area. This is our go to hotel when visiting Victoria.

Room Tip: Stay in the Erickson wing, is newer with the great marble bathrooms, and the views are amazing

The Inn at Laurel point was a great hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated, but still nice. It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. It is just blocks away from the parliament buildings, Royal BC museum and the Undersea Gardens. The staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is on the inner harbor and many rooms have the best views in town. It is a five to ten minute walk from downtown and there are paved paths along the waterfront. The restaurant is very good and the housekeeping as well. My room was comfortable, but nothing special, with simple furniture and a very average bathroom. There is a charge of $15 for parking so keep that in mind. Taxis are expensive and you may save money by renting at the airport. You can walk to the hotel easily from the Seattle Clipper.

Room Tip: Ask for a view if you are willing to pay extra. The view is special.
