We booked a suite and were very happy with the room and our stay. The suite was very roomy and comfortable--kitchenette, dining area, sitting area, two closets, bedroom and bathroom, two TVs. There were downsides: The bathroom was rather small with few places to set one's toiletries and few places to hang towels. The second closet in the bedroom, which had a useful safe in it, was hard to access because there were two queen-sized beds in the room--comfortable beds, but they crowded the room a bit. Our room had 3 (!) balconies, but there were no chairs on any of them (we used the dining chairs, which was OK but inconvenient, as we didn't want to leave them on the balcony). Kitchen appliances were old but clean (we used only the fridge, which worked fine). But the free computer in the lobby worked well, toiletries provided were fine, the shower had great water pressure, there were plenty of towels, and the staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful. One of them (I think his name was Ron--bearded guy) gave us open-top bus tour tickets that another guest, who checked out, had not used and had left with him. (Thanks both to the guest and to Ron!) The breakfast included (or discounted) with the room was fine, too. Location is great, close to the Inner Harbor and many attractions. I would definitely book a room here again. Good value for the price.
