Miniature World is surprisingly extensive! Almost too extensive for the kids to maintain their interest. They definitely had favourites - the outer space bit that you go through first, the model of Canadian cities that has trains running around it, anything with buttons to press, the fairy tale area. It was cleverly set out - the things that appealed to the kids were alternated with things that they didn't enjoy quite as much, so that every time they started to feel like leaving we would get to something else that sparked their interest. The models themselves were wonderful. The exit was unexpectedly abrupt, straight out onto the street. Made me realise how conditioned I am to expect a gift shop! I would have liked to tell a staff member how much we'd liked everything, and I would have written in the guest book before exiting if I'd known there wasn't a person to tell. We enjoyed our visit very much.
