Robson offers a wide variety of food choices, however Zefferelli's is a hidden gem. Located upstairs above another eatery, if you can get a window seat, it's worth it to watch the antics of Robson at night - if not, it is still nice. The atmosphere likens to a secluded Tuscan restaurant with conversations and wine flowing freely. The value is incredible and the food is basic italian cooking with a light Canadian influence. A litre of house wine is very inexpensive, and not too bad at all - it's not the best wine by any stretch, but will certainly compliment the food and the informal atmosphere. The pasta portions are extremely generous, however, if you would like a half portion of pasta - plenty in my mind if you are complimenting with antipasto etc - Zefferelli's is more then happy to accommodate at slightly above half price. The wait staff are friendly and aim to please. The antipasto bar has a wide variety of traditional fair that works well together. If you are there for just a quick meal or to spend some time with a friend, they can accommodate either way. We pop in and out of Vancouver from Toronto either for business or on our way to Whistler for some skiing almost twice a year and we wouldn't miss a chance to eat at Zefferelli's!
