Hands down one of the best restaurants I dined out at on my trip to Vancouver. My husband and I had 2 dozen fresh oysters, all of different types. (Can't remember all the oysters we had, but they were so delicious!) The oysters were shucked at the bar, where we sat at, and were served with freshly grated horseradish. They also have 6 different types of sauces to top off your oyster, and we really liked the banana pepper sauce, which we ended up purchasing. My husband and I ended up sharing a house salad, which was lightly dressed with oil and vinegar, pasta with scallops, and clam chowder, along with pints of draught beer and glasses of wine. The pasta was cooked perfect with delicious red sauce, and the clam chowder was to die for. We enjoyed talking to the bartender/oyster shucker, and ended up staying for over 3 hours. The interior of the space looked as if you were inside a boat and the music was upbeat which made the atmosphere enjoyable. The bathroom had interesting photography, that gave my husband and I the giggles. Overall a great experience, and I wouldn't mind coming back to vancouver just to experience the restaurant again!
