Terninal city hotel was a perfect way to end the cruise. After being in a small room the our kids we splurged for the largest suite. The room was gorgeous with first class amenities and comfortable beds. The views (it was a corner) offered floor to ceiling windows of the mountains and the sea.
The club was fun although it closed too early. The pool is the largest and the hottub a great way to unwind. It was walking distance from everything and we had an ethnic dinner at Hons (very traditional cafeteria style Asian cuisine in a fun atmosphere) and went to Gastown to a funky new-age pizza and american cuisine on the water called Incendio...a 5! (great artwork too!)

Keep it down! The Terminal City Club is one of my favorite hotels in the West Coast, and I'd like to ensure it doesn't get booked up whenever I'm up there.

The in-hotel dining room is excellent, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The water views are breathtaking, and the location of the hotel is convenient to all of downtown and Stanley Park; you truly can't find a better location.

I also find the staff there to be quintisentially Canadian: gracious, willing to help with any problems, and service oriented. The quiet nature of the Club also makes for a good staff-guest ratio.

Throw in a terrific workout facility, an enormous game room, and a fun taproom in the ground floor of the hotel (the lobby is actually on the 1st floor), and you have a simply fantastic hotel in a gorgeous city.

We stayed in July 04 and the Hotel itself was excellent because it's non smoking facility (entire building), nice room, cool lookin' gym and pool with view of mountains, and super convenient location. Onsite stuff was also very nice. However, I had unexpected trouble with the Hotel a month later.... There was a wrong charge appeared on my credit card from the Hotel and the customer service on that regard was pretty poor. So, I had to dispute it to the card company after all. It is very disappointed especially because the hotel stay itself was good.

Terminal City Club Tower is the best kept secret in Vancouver. We just returned for a 3 night stay - outstanding accomodations...great location (one block from Canada Place)...tremendous staff. Very quiet, with excellent workout facilities as part of the private membership club. Truly hate to share our secret.
