“Something for everyone in the family.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2013

We had a good time and learned a lot. This is a good place for the whole family to enjoy. The shows keep changing and so some will interest you more than others.

“Come early (not when you're a grown up)”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2013

I got here 25 years too late. The center has an excellent display of exhibits and interactive displays about space and our world, but it's geared for children and young teens rather than adults. Good to keep the kids occupied if you come with family in tow though.

Good thing when I visited, (Jan 2013) there was some sort of promotion where you can see all three Vanier Park museums (Maritime Museum, Museum of Vancouver and this) for only CAD $5.

“Place to visit!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

I remember coming here years ago with my family and was blown away with the large screen and the seating made you feel like you were in outer space floating around!!! I recommend this to visitors for a unique experience!

“OK if you have kids - give it a miss if not”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

This is not a cheap attraction ($15 adults, $10.75 children, $45 family) so make sure you want to see it! We visited on a special museum day when all the museums in Vanier Park could be visited for just $5 for them all so didn't feel at all cheated. Think we might have done if we had paid full price however. It's probably a wonderland for younger kids but somewhat disappointing for adults, we felt - and a number of the interactive exhbitis were non-functioning. We spent only half an hour there.
