Very authentic Chinese food made better by the Chef who pays attention to innovative "fusion" in taste, ingredients, presentation and use of locally and seasonably available seafood, meats and vegetables. Service was great with a good waiter/waitress to table ratio. Sometimes new menu items are not in the printed one. Ask the captain what new things are cooked up by the main Chef, who does have days off (when there is actually a difference in the taste). Some items not on the regular menu may have to be pre-ordered.
