“Misinformation and poor customer service”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2014

The aqua is itself is good. We said we wanted to go to kits beach from olympic village. We were told we could transfer at Granville island. We payed 56$ for out family of four to have a day pass. But when we got to Granville island we were told the company does not go to kits beach and we'd have to pay more to a different company to go there. They refused to refund our day passes even though we were misinformed by their employee. We could have payed the one way price but that was still 20$ and then we'd need to pay again for next company. I don't mind that he misinformed us if it was an honest mistake ... But I would expect a refund so that we could have afforded to do our original plan with another company.

“An interesting way to get around Vancouver”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2014

I took the Aquaferry to get to Granville Island. It was interesting and convenient. It was smaller than I expected and definitely not a comfortable or luxe mode of travel and there is no guide. It is more like a commuter shuttle. It is very handy since it lets you off right at the Grandville Public Market. Not handicap accessible and the way down to the dock was a bit steep.

“Easy and Inexpensive way to travel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2014

They will get you anywhere you need to go and you get a sightseeing tour with the ride. Inexpensive - purchase roundtrip or even a day pass.

“Best way to get to Granville”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2014

These are good fun and the easy way to get to the island. Also their waterfront tour is inexpensive and give a good view of the False Creek area

“Great convenience between vancouver back and forth to Granville island”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2014

Walk on little ferry boats that make getting to granville island a bit of fun. Easy on your feet but a bit pricey for the short hops. Gives a chance to see the city from the water
and thus is good tourist value
