“Go to the Conservatory”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

A small gem crammed with exotic plants, birds and information. The views of the city can't be beaten, and the manicured gardens are delightful from many angles.

“Don't Forget the Camera”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

It's best to drive to the top parking lot, starting at the fountain and walk down. There are several sections of the gardens that are labeled, colorful and bright flower/plant arrangements that are all very well done (the best I have seen). At the top there are viewpoints in which you can take in the layout from afar before walking intimately through the arrangements. The trails are all paved; it is easy to get around these gorgeous gardens that Vancouver offers for free.

“It's free and it's huge!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2012

We were walking, so there was NO way we could take it all in. I recommend driving so you can see more. This park is home to the Bloedel Conservatory (tropical plants and birds in a dome) and also Seasons Restaurant, with the best view of the Vancouver Skyline.

“Another spot of beauty in the city”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

It remains one of the first examples of taking an eyesore and turning it into a marvelous gem of fauna. The Season's Restaurant is a perfect place to show off Vancouver to out of town guests...Myself included here.

“beautiful park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

This was a lovely park full of beautiful flowers and trees. My friend and I had a delicious lunch at Seasons with a great view of the city from the patio.
