“Love the Pool”

Had a wonderful christmas party for husbands work--food great. Swam in the indoor/outdoor pool after we arrived and in the morning before we left-hot tub is hot and gives a great massage--beverages are served on pool deck-juices in the day -coffie and fruit early morning. Think hot tub with cold lemonaid -yummy After a swim we go Christmas shopping in the mall right next door-no coat needed-great fun place

“great service”

we had a simple room (but well-appointed) with great views (if it wasn't raining). the service was exceptional and very friendly without feeling cloying. I must recommend this hotel on most every level.

“A festive experience!”

We enjoyed a wonderful experience, combining business and pleasure. The trees in the lobby are a very festive addition creating excitement and atmosphere. The service and the room exceeded all expectations.

“Fantastic hotel with great location”

This is the perfect place to stay when on business in Vancouver, right downtown, you don't even have to go outside to get from e airport to the hotel by sky train. Comfy beds, wifi, nice spacious rooms and decor....my only complaint is no coffee machine in the room. If they added this, it would be perfect!

“Food was not great!”

Sun. brunch menu needs to be looked at. Steak and eggs should be steak and eggs not stew with eggs on top. We ate there two more times and the food was just ok. Good selection of beers and other drinks.

I am, however, disappointed to know that you did not enjoy our food experience, specifically during brunch and that you have left with a poor impression of us. Clearly, this is not what you or we had envisioned for your dining experience. Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of our entire team at YEW Restaurant + Bar.
