We had an absolutely awful time with this company. Save yourself and pick another bus company. Got into Vancouver from our cruise on Saturday, and wanted a hop on/off bus to see the city.
We got our tickets from the sales agents from Canada Place. We were sold the world from the sales guy.
It was a really nice day in Vancouver. We wanted to sit in the open air buses. We mentioned that to the sales guy and said that the next bus well be open. After being told the next bus would come 5-10 mins we waited over 30mins in the heat!
There was a some kind of manager there and he would always give us very curt lip service and would walk away as soon as we asked anything....constantly running around.
No one knew anything and the company was disorganized. Not professional at all.
We waited and the next bus that came was a old dilapidated double-decker that was dented and in disrepair. What a JOKE!
We got on and went upstairs to try to forget everything and have a good time.....that did not happen. Only half the windows roll down, it was packed and it was very hot and uncomfortable. We could tell that everyone there was in a sour mood and were spending their time fanning themselves with the pamphlets.
Nice weather = open air buses!
We got off at Stanley Park. That was the only good part of the trip.
Granville Island was nice, but we could have taken a city bus to do all of that.
We asked for a refund and the woman at the office was rude and tried to deny the lack of service they provided. We gave up.
